Governance Further training for a sustainable federal administration

Beside the initiatives launched by the Climate-Neutral Federal Administration Coordination Unit (KKB), the Federal Academy of Public Administration (BAköV) is the German Government’s central further training institute.

It builds foundations for an agile, sustainable federal administration. Since 2020, it has delivered training for federal administration staff on the topic of sustainability, in close cooperation with other federal authorities. More than 1100 training events with a total of 23,000 participants have already been held.
