As a further requirement, it must be demonstrated, via credible labels, that the product was manufactured sustainably.

During the period covered in this report, the updated Green Button 2.0 introduced additional requirements relating to the fibres and materials that may be used, among other things. The Green Button has thus strengthened responsible consumption and production patterns in line with the global Sustainable Development Goals and contributes to circular economy objectives.
